Fleet Defender

In Fleet Defender, the player is a Pilot in the newly formed Colonial Defense Force, deployed into deep space, tasked to defend their parent ship and defeat the pirate threat that has been plaguing the galaxy. The vast majority of the gameplay will have the player in the cockpit of their ship – where they will fly missions to support the ongoing investigation that is underway.

In the course of the adventure, Players fly a wide range of missions, from simple combat patrol (CAP), to recon and convoy defense, up to massive capital ship encounters against fleets of hundreds of opponents. Missions will take place in a wide range of environments, from the deepest of space to planet-side engagements as the CDF investigates and acts against the biggest threat Humanity has ever known.

As the Player completes missions, they will have the chance to increase their skills and have the opportunity to capture foreign / alien technology, which the Terran scientists will be able to research and turn into new weapons, ship enhancements and more.
